The Clayton County Citizens Police Academy Spring session began April 1, 2019, and the class was full. The purpose of our academy is to bridge the gap by building positive relations between the police and the community through education. We accomplish this by giving you a better understanding of our procedures, responsibilities, demands, policies, and laws that guide the decisions and behavior of our officers. All of our instructors are from the Clayton County Police Department and speak on their areas of expertise as it pertains to Clayton County.
