TRAFFIC STOP TURNS INTO DRUG BUST

On 3-18-19, Clayton County Narcotics Uniform Officers observed a vehicle traveling NB on Tara Blvd approaching I 75. The vehicle occupants displayed behaviors that were not consistent with that of law abiding motorists. Probable cause was obtained & a traffic stop was conducted. A thorough interdiction investigation was conducted. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, the following was located/seized:  4.3 pounds of Crystal Meth, .5 gms of THC oil, 1 gm of Marijuana & a fully loaded ‘Glock 33’ (.357 caliber semiautomatic handgun).
